Sadio Mane (9.5)

Mane returned to Liverpool’s first team in recent friendly matches following successful knee surgery and instantly comes into our top 10. Mane has had three seasons in the Premier League notching up an impressive 35 goals and 20 assists despite missing spells through injury and international duties at the African Cup of Nations. With no AFCON break for Mane this season, he has to be on every Fantasy manager’s watchlist.

Others Options:

Simon Mignolet (5.0)

Mignolet kept Nine of Liverpool’s 12 clean sheet’s last season. The club’s opening fixtures are relatively kind making him a very good choice to be a manager’s number one goalkeeping draft pick.

James Milner (Liverpool) (6.5)
If Milner is back fit and playing for Liverpool. Deployed at left back for Klopp’s side last season where he scored seven goals and provided four assists along with 12 clean sheets. New signing Robertson may cause Milner to move back into a more familiar midfield role this season coupled with the fact that he was also Liverpool’s penalty taker last term makes him one of the best defensive prospects in the League.

Mohamed Salah (9.0)
Liverpool’s new signing Mohamed Salah has arrived back in the Premier League off the back of two stellar seasons in Serie A with Roma, where he contributed 15 goals and 13 assist as Roma finished runners up to Juventus.
The previous season he scored 14 goals and provided eight assists in 34 games.

Roberto Firmino (8.5)
With uncertainty over Coutinho’s future and Daniel Sturridge currently injured, Firmino seems to be one of the best route into Liverpool’s attack. In two seasons at Liverpool he has provided 21 goals and 14 assists in 66 appearances, which is an excellent return.
